Founded by Dahlia Abadir, GRO Advisoryâ„¢ draws on her nearly two decades of leadership experience guiding and scaling performance across leading retail, wellness, and franchise brands.

Across her journey, she noticed a repeated pattern. Growth often moves faster than the foundation beneath it, with each phase bringing new demands. Many brands were still building the engine while already accelerating.

After building a career at the intersection of strategy and execution, Dahlia launched GRO to help founders, investors, and executive teams grow with stronger systems, steadier operations, and leadership support that makes growth durable instead of reactive.

From luxury retail to multi unit platforms, her work has spanned de novo development, strategic acquisitions, and post merger integration, all tied together by one through line. Building operational excellence that strengthens culture and results.
